Yuri Mora of Balanced Spiritual Health and Wellness in Four Oaks, N.C., will lead a meditation titled “Fill Your Spirit with Love.” The focus will be on joining together in the spirit of love, connecting the heart and the mind to discover new ways to express and receive love.

Yuri Mora is a Reiki practitioner and certified yoga instructor. She has taught yoga in the Knightdale community for more than three years. She inspires others to improve their overall wellness and commit to long-term health through a beginner practice with asanas, and yin and yang yoga. Her yoga classes are designed to cultivate self-awareness, build strength and flexibility, increase range of motion, and decrease stress. Yuri introduces others to the world of yoga and meditation through a peaceful and joyful experience.
