Living From Your Soul Purpose
"The question is not, 'What is the role of your soul in your life?' The question is, 'What is the role of your life in your soul?' You are an energy tool of your soul...that part of you that existed before you were born, and will continue to exist when you die." - Gary Zukav

Before we are born into a lifetime on Earth, each soul creates a blueprint for the lifetime, which we call our soul purpose. The soul purpose is a set of goals that the soul hopes to accomplish through its experience on Earth. Some goals are personal, such as overcoming a fear of commitment or opening the heart to a deeper level of compassion - and some are global, such as helping others to find peace in their hearts or finding a cure for disease. While each of us has a unique list of goals, we also agree to some goals that are shared with others who will be traveling on Earth at the same time. In this way, ideas from Spirit reach critical mass and are born into being on Earth.

Why do some people marry at age 20 and others wait until their 40s or 50s to meet their soulmates? What is the most rewarding work you could do in this lifetime? How do you meet the right friends and teachers? How can you best express the unique song of your soul in this lifetime?

Debbie will share information on soul purpose that she has received from the angels and other light beings who guide her through life. She will discuss ways to get in touch with your soul, learn about your soul purpose, and look at your life from your soul's point of view.

Debbie Prevost has spent this entire lifetime trying to live from her soul purpose, with help from angels and other light beings. In 1994, she founded Hands On Soul, a healing practice through which she channels messages from God and His sacred messengers on soul purpose and life lessons, teaches classes about angels, meditation, soul purpose, and spiritual ethics, and offers energy healings for body and soul with angelic assistance. She's also written many articles for Innerchange magazine (, on subjects such as prayer, energy healing, and faith.

Healing Meditation with
Ra El Remez

Ra El Remez will lead the meditations at the November 6 SFF meeting. The early meditation will weave chanting, journey and prayer to thank God for the gift of Life and enter Ananda Brahma, the Bliss of Creation.

Please be on time for the early meditation, which begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Vaughan Wing.
Ra El Remez is a visionary artist, sound and energy healer, writer and spiritual pilgrim to sacred sites around the world, including Egypt, Peru and Tibet, where she made a trek around Mount Kailash at over 18,000 feet. An emissary of compassion, Ra El is a channel for higher vibrations of bliss and beauty, having come to mastery through the transmutation and absolution of near-death experience. She has studied sound healing and inner high alchemy extensively with Tom Kenyon and is a ceremonial facilitator of the Ghandarva, a chanting ceremony of singing the sacred names of God.

Ra El is a Reiki Master and currently practicing to be a certified Soul Recognition Facilitator and LaHo-Chi Practitioner. In October she led a group pilgrimage called "Isis Ra Elohim in Zion," a journey to Utah's dazzling Zion, Bryce and Escalante, to anchor the Light Codes of New Earth into stones and bones. For private healing sessions and workshops, her paintings and sacred soul portraits, call Ra El at 919-846-8737 or e-mail her at

Our Profound Thanks
to everyone who helped make the

SFF Silent Auction
a great success

The SFF Silent Auction fundraiser was a tremendous success. Thanks to the efforts of volunteers, to the generous donations made by so many in our community and to the support of those who attended the Silent Auction, SFF can continue to provide the kind of high quality metaphysical programs that you've come to expect!

Gift certificates for a variety of services proved to be among the most
popular items for auction. We received donations for Astrological Reports, Aura Photographs, a credit consultation, a Medical Consultation, Publishing Seminar admission and numerous sessions including Breathcare, Foot massage, Hand Analysis, Intuitive Readings, Life Coaching, Massages, Numerology, Past Life Regression, Reconnective® Healing, Reiki/Energetic Healing, Spiritual Healing and Thought Field Therapy.

Members of the community were also very generous in donating more tangible items. There were far too many donations to name, but among them were the following: art, books, candles and candleholders, a Chakra Tie, Christmas decorations, Country Bunny Bath & Body product baskets, Dancing Moon Bookstore gift certificates, diffuser, dolphin hand exercise balls, fairy statue, household items, many jewelry selections including pins, earrings and necklaces, massage table, pottery, stained glass, a throw blanket,
tranquillity fountain, vanity set, videotapes and CDs, and wind chimes. Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship is most grateful to all those who donated their services and these fabulous items.

SFF also extends many thanks to the volunteers whose efforts made this event run so smoothly. First let us acknowledge our board members, who played a key role in this effort: Cindy Cicero, Abbie and David Emory, Diana Henderson, Maryphyllis Horn, Alice Hough, Kim Kasdorf, April Rooker and Silent Auction Committee Chairperson Lucy Spratley. Other volunteers who helped with this event include Tom Bapple, Cindy Bowling, Nancy Dimitrios, Karen Ganyard, Mona Garrett, Bill Hough, Amy Simpson, Janice Simpson, Sylvia
Surcy and Elizabeth Wilson.

There were many ways in which people helped as volunteers: organizing and planning the event, soliciting donations, taking in donations, preparing bid sheets, receipts and gift certificates, transporting donations to the auction, setting up at the auction/raffle, selling raffle tickets, determining auction and raffle winners, accepting payment from top bidders,
making sure top bidders received their items, announcing winners, handing out raffle items and "breaking down" and cleaning up after the auction. Whatever role you played in this effort, thank you!

We offer profound thanks as well to those who attended the Silent Auction and bid on items. Many went home with fantastic bargains with the added bonus of supporting SFF. Without your attendance and willingness to participate in the auction, none of the other efforts would have proven fruitful.

Spiritual Frontiers Fellowship Raleigh Chapter is a non-profit organization that means a lot to the metaphysical/healing community in the Triangle area and beyond. SFF's mission is to enhance the spiritual, mystical and metaphysical awareness and consciousness of our community by sponsoring programs that facilitate personal growth and development and a holistic approach to health and living.

Thanks to all those involved with the Silent Auction who made it possible to continue this mission!
