A trained hypnotherapist, Lee Stone is much more interested in the practical application of spirituality than in abstract concepts. So he has promised us an evening of useful information and practice at expanding our psychic abilities.

One of the primary steps in this process of developing our psychic abilities is to overcome our fear of being wrong (which is often buried deep in the subconscious). We must relearn to trust our intuitive selves and reclaim the innocence of our childhood.

Lee explains, "There was a point in my own personal development when I had established a step by step process of asking for inner guidance that I totally committed myself to trusting what ever information I received. At the same time I understood and accepted that it would not always be correct. When the information was not true, it did not mean that I couldn’t trust what I received next time nor did it mean that I was inadequate."

"I have a friend, Joe McMoneagle, who is considered to be one of the world’s foremost remote viewers. He was one of the original members of the government’s ultra-secret psychic spy unit called the Stargate Program. Joe runs about an eighty percent success rate. He says when he is wrong, it has no emotional meaning for him and that he always goes into his process expecting to be right."

So, one of the primary steps in developing psychic abilities has to do with releasing our emotional history of being made to feel wrong or not good enough.

Another step in the process of becoming psychic is knowing how to stop thinking and create an opening to receive new information. If someone were to say to you, “Stop thinking!” it is likely you would begin to think about not thinking. Our normal free flowing associative thoughts and talking to our selves just leaves no room to receive. Stopping the inner dialogue opens you into the direct perception of Knowing that is more than deductive reasoning and analytical logic.

During the course of the evening, we will explore several techniques for entering an expanded state of consciousness and stopping the chatter of the mind. Lee will also lead a guided meditation to introduce you to your personal inner guide or guardian angel, who can be of great assistance in receiving psychic information.
