Yoga For You is hatha
(physical) yoga, as taught by Sharri Gaines, with the primary
focus on stretching, building core strength, breathing techniques
and relaxation. More subtle benefits include emotional balance,
calm and clear thinking and greater self awareness.
Sharri has been mentored by Raleigh Yoga teacher Judith
Valerie as well as attending numerous workshops with local
and national teachers. Her style is eclectic with roots
in Iyengar, Kripalu and Integral yoga traditions.
