Vickie Penninger offers various techniques to enable individuals to heal themselves. These techniques restore wholeness and balance by manipulation of the energy field or by channeling chi energy. Body, spirit, mind and emotion are influenced through this process. Vickie is a Reiki Master/Teacher and a Healing Touch Practitioner who incorporates crystals, gemstones, colors, flower essences and aromas into the healing session. She has studied Esoteric Healing as well.

Vickie has visited various sacred wells in England and brought back Holy Water for use in Reiki initiations and healing sessions. Vickie believes it is important to receive four attunements in First Degree Reiki unlike many Reiki Masters who opt to give only one.
