Mykal is a Clinical Hypnotherapist and a Certified Master Hypnosis Coach. Her practice focuses on a holistic approach that acknowledges how the body and mind are intrinsically linked. She has been an ardent student in the self-help arena for the past 20 years.

She has taken many courses and seminars to thoroughly educate herself in this very diverse field and maintain her certification through the American Council of Hypnotist Examiners.

Mykal believes the most profound hypnosis techniques utilized to transform a person’s life are Past Life Regression and Future Life Progression. Future Life Progression is an amazing tool to help define goals, “see” the potential outcome of decisions and determine what path is the most appropriate.
