In this presentation, Betsy will:

• Explain how negative emotions become energetically stored in the body.
• Describe how subconscious beliefs—often formed before age seven—shape how we experience life.
• Demonstrate a live “mini-session” with a volunteer from the audience.
• Share stories of how this work has helped people release long-held emotional pain and experience profound relief.

You Will Learn How To:

• Recognize when you’re carrying trapped emotional energy—and how it may affect your well-being.
• Understand the difference between the Emotion Code, Body Code, and Belief Code systems.
• Begin applying simple techniques from Dr. Nelson’s The Emotion Code book to support your own healing.
• Strengthen your intuition and connection with your higher self.
• Open to greater peace, self-love, and emotional freedom.

You will also learn how Betsy has used these techniques to develop her skills as a medical intuitive. As such, she communicates directly with a client’s spirit to discover where energetic imbalances are occurring and, if relevant, when traumas causing the imbalances first occurred.

“It all depends on asking the right questions,” Betsy explains.  “My intuition and 15 years of experience allow me to zero in on what question I need to ask a client’s spirit that is based on their healing intention for the session. It takes years of practice to learn how to ‘listen’ to the spirit-to-spirit communication and then trust the answers you receive.

“The key,” she adds, “is to understand that we are the only ones who can heal ourselves.  Medical and energetic intervention can be crucial to the process, but the body is its own ultimate healer.”

About Betsy Lambert

Betsy is a medical intuitive, author, and energy healer who works with clients nationwide through her phone-based practice, The Astral Connection. She is certified in Quantum-Touch, Reiki Level II, and the Emotion, Body, and Belief Codes.

Betsy is also a poet and author of The Winding Path: A Poetic Journey, inspired by her own healing and spiritual growth. Her story of transformation following a near-death experience in 1993 appears in the international best-selling anthology Women Living on Purpose. Occasionally, she still writes poems based on the Sunday sermons for Unity of the Triangle in Raleigh, NC.
