Free Monthly Meditation – Drumming

We are honored to have Dori Staehle lead this month’s meditation!

Dori will do a drumming meditation. Dori does Drumming Therapy and is also a “creative coach”. In this session, we will use basic beats and rhythms to slow down the heartbeat, center ourselves, and clear our minds. Imagery and affirmations will be used to bring forth a feeling of calmness, serenity, hope, and peace.

Dori will share a little of her story and how drumming can help with healing. No drumming experience is necessary. Drums and percussion instruments will be provided, or you can bring your own. Her website: www.rockthenextstage.com
