Everyone has this ability to support better health and healing by working with the body’s multifaceted energy systems. We just were never taught our body’s energetic language.”

Lindy says the practical self-healing techniques of the Eden Method will show us how, in a way that is so simple and easy that it seems like magic. The Eden Method, formerly called Eden Energy Medicine, was created by Donna Eden, a brilliant, world-renowned, energy healing pioneer and teacher.

“My love, for over 40 years, has been teaching people how to live vibrant, healthy joy-filled lives,” Lindy continues. “When I met Donna Eden in 2009, my life changed forever. I found the missing link I had been looking for when I learned how to speak and listen to the energies of my body.
