In this Saturday workshop, Gloria Karpinski will help participants examine the 12 inner teachers or disciples that develop during each of their lives. She categorizes these disciples as four that increase our “knowing the way,” four that facilitate our “becoming the way,” and four that ground us in “fulfilling the way.”

Participants will explore their 12 disciples in their light and shadow (or unconscious) potentials as strengths and challenges for their quest to live a life fully aligned mentally, physically and spiritually. She will conduct exercises and meditations designed to provide tools to help participants craft a practical spiritual life and to become more aware of their individual inner guides and resources.
