In this Saturday workshop, Gloria Karpinski will help participants examine 12 easy-to-follow lessons that can help them achieve integration, balance and wisdom, as they follow their own paths to the treasured syntheses of yin and yang, light and shadow, heaven and earth. The 12 lessons are divided into three parts:

• Knowing the Way explores the ways individuals recognize and understand their soul mission through knowledge, revelation, body wisdom and discernment.
• Becoming the Way illuminates the fundamental building principles of strong discipleship: love, will, faith and power.
• Fulfilling the Way reveals the practical process through which people bring their journey to fruition by creating, transforming, enduring and serving.

Gloria refers to these 12 lessons as “inner disciples of spiritual craftsmanship.” For individuals to manifest their dreams and soul missions in the best ways possible, she says, “the dreams in our hearts have to be matched by our craftsmanship in the world.”

Participants will explore the light and shadow (or unconscious) potentials offered by the 12 lessons, to help understand the strengths and challenges they present during one’s quest to live a life that is fully aligned mentally, physically and spiritually. The workshop will include exercises and meditations designed to provide tools to help participants craft a practical spiritual life and become more aware of their individual inner guides and resources.

This workshop is based on Gloria’s book Barefoot on Holy Ground: Twelve Lessons in Spiritual Craftsmanship, which has been used as a text for interfaith seminaries and study groups, including the Center for Sacred Studies in California, where Gloria is on the online teaching staff.
